My 27th Birthday

Last Wednesday was my birthday. It was such a special date worldwide for it was all about the number 12. And, my birth day was December 12 at 12PM. Am I the 12th child? Fortunately, not.
December 12
I made my wishes in my prayers that day. I did take time on my own reflecting. But, I didn't forget celebrating it in my own way. My classmates were there too to make it an even funner day. Let me show you some photos taken that day and until to date, and I'll explain what's going on in each of them.

We had afternoon class that day and I was surprised at the end of the class by my classmates with a cute, yellow Angry Bird cake. You probably can barely see the cake in the photo above but you will in a sec.

That's the cake. Of course, I had to get my face yellow-ed! It was all fun! :)

I ended the day by dinnering out and watching The Life of Pi. Because I would have an early morning the next day, I decided to not stay up too late.

December 13
The next day, I was kind of still in the celebrating mood. So, here's what we did -that I started! Hehe

As I said, I started it. I was using my friend's netbook and got bored. The lecturer was actually in the class talking with a group of two classmates about their research proposal -part of our class task this semester. And, I had my turn so I got more free time until the class was dismissed. By the way, I turned on the camera application and took a photo (the one on the top left). What I did was noticed by everyone in the class and some of them decided to join me! We almost took a fifth photo but the lecturer caught us, with which she didn't actually have a problem.

December 14
And, as for today, I was still kind of in the celebrating mood for my birthday. The lecturer today congratulated me and I gave her a small thank-you gift. A chocolate bar tied with a red ribbon. But.... unfortunately, we were told that that was the last time she could have us as her students because next week and on there will be a different lecturer. What made us all sad is the fact that she has been our most favorite lecturer since the first semester. So, we thought we could use a couple of photos with her. Here's one of them. 

I had fun the past three days. We have a hangout plan tomorrow afternoon but I don't know how it will go. I think in the late morning I'll go to the animal market to look for a fish tank for my betta fish.
