In my last post before this one I actually forgot to mention that I recently went to a festival called Hindu Art and Culture Festival. It wasn't very recent but in the last week of September -on the 26th to be exact. I won't have anything much to say about the experience during the festival through this post. Enjoy the photos and I might put some informative caption underneath each photo.
The girls were representing Kutai, a place in Borneo/Kalimantan.
The feathers are real bird feathers. Too bad I forgot to ask what bird.
I didn't go to the festival alone. It was actually rather spontaneous. We had class that day and after the class one of us suggested we should check out the festival in town -at Pakualaman square of Yogyakarta. We went to see it at 3:30ish and thought we'd hang for the festival for a couple of hours. We ended up being there until the whole event ended at 10-ishPM. LOL
It was a mix of fun, unique but at the same time a little boring as well for the event not having various performances.
It was definitely worth an experience, though.
Hope you have a good night. I'm working on a paper due tomorrow.
Cheers! :)

Great pictures, Rad! Sounds like it was an interesting event. You must have enjoyed it at least somewhat to have stayed so long. :-) Good luck with your paper.
