This friend of mine, Tiara, went to Korea for a summer school program along with other Indonesian students. She might have written about the whole trip and experience in her blog, so I am not obliged to give you details about it over here. That'd be weird, too, anyway. So... basically, I asked her if she could get something for me, like, a t-shirt. Long story short, we met and she gave me all these:
Now let's talk about Japan!
About three weeks ago, we had two students from Japan who stayed here in the house to take a course of Indonesian language and culture for a week at my university. They were two sweet girls. We loved talking with them. Their Indonesian was pretty good and I used a bit of my Japanese as well so it was fun! In prior to their return to Japan, I was given a letter and an origami made out of cloth-like paper from Japan. So cute! They actually gave us some other things but I was too lazy to go downstairs and look for them ;))
That was about Japan. Now, I wanna tell you that today was the second day of me going to the gym to exercise with my personal trainer. It IS a big deal to me. First, hiring a personal trainer is no cheapy cheapy. Secondly, this is important because not only being healthy is important but I need to gain more weight. I've been under weight as a man. I'm one of those people who find it VERY hard to gain weight no matter how much they eat. So, at the gym, I'm not aiming for being muscular at the end of the program but it's more for looking more fit. I work out four times a week and one to one a half hours every time. I was told to eat at least four times a day, and drink my mass weight gainer milk at least three times a day.
So... now I feel ready to go to sleep. Need to wake up early tomorrow to study for tomorrow's morning class.
Oh, oh, the cool frames and collage effects in the pictures above were made right from my iPhone. I found this cool app that allowed me to combine several photos in one frame. So cool!
Good night or day wherever you are! :D
Cheers!
