Wake up call

I shouldn't really talk about this but this blog was originally made for myself in the future. Besides, I mentioned the matter in my today's vlog, anyway.

It's health related. I went to see a specialist today because last night I figured out something. Something that only me and very close trusted friends of mine know.

It got me down last night, and shared the problem with a close friend over the phone. Honestly, I got a bit emotional for the fear inside me. I feel better now, though.

It was a wake up call. I never thought I would ever have such problem for the lifestyle that I've lived.

Anyway, there is no use to look back and find the cause. So, today after seeing the doctor, I stopped by a pharmacy to get multivitamin tablets, immune boosting tablets, and some other supplements.

All these are only for 10-12 days until I restock them.

From now on I think I will try to live even a healthier lifestyle. Today I have made a commitment that every month I should spend 'this' amount of money for the supplements that I need to take everyday.

So, you guys keep maintaining your health! Learn from me!

BTW, I need to return to the doctor every week until they have the problem completely solved. Next week I'll also have my blood checked for a medical reason. Guys, wish me luck...

Okay! Since I have not posted for quite a while. I will show some photos from what happened in the past several days.

My nephew's 5th birthday.
We went to Dixie to have the birthday big lunch. Dixie is a very nice place to eat. It has more various kinds of food now than my last visit. I was very attracted to the strange sounding menu! Hahaha!

Well, I ordered some pasta(?). Oh, well, my blogger friend Sean should know what this dish really is called, I believe!

Here's the rice-pasta dish thing. My brother and I ordered the same dish and it was super struggling for us to finish them! Ahahah! It was really like porridge! Yucks! It was just not the right time to have such dish!

We ordered Tom Yam.

And, I poured a bit of Tom Yam on to the Italian dish, and it was nice! Ahahah!

I also ordered some not-so-sushi called Melted Chicken. It was just okay. Not really special.

As for the drink, I had a warm Italian chocolate drink.

With two nieces

He's my favorite nephew! I love pinching his cheeks! Hehehe

We spent the rest of the day together until we got tired. I was actually still sick from my cough and got even sicker. Fortunately, I felt better the next day.

Hope you guys are having awesome time! Thank you for still hanging around. I will definitely visit you guys' blog as a form of my appreciation!

Nite nite! :D

  6. I'm sorry to hear you are having health problems and hope you will soon be feeling better. I hope all goes well with your blood test. Yes, it's good that you went to the doctor to get a check-up. You are the only one who can take care of your health. You can't just ignore problems. I like the pictures, especially the one of you and your nephew. I bet he's a lot of fun to be around. :-)

    1. Thank you, Daisy, for the wishes. I really hope to hear good news from the blood test next week. I'm very nervous about it.

I know... I made that mistake. I ignored the problem for a year. But the doctor said it's not too late to be treated.

  9. Yikes, I hope all the medication works very well, with minimal side effects and discomfort, and that you'll be 100 percent back to your regular health as soon as possible. Keep your positivity and optimism going, yeah...
Oh, I think that rice dish would be risotto. Hope you find a risotto that you enjoy better another time =)

    1. I hope all the medication works, too! :D The treatment was not pleasant aka painful but it has to be done that way.

And, in the menu it didn't say risotto. It was called St. Morrist or something like that :p

  12. Oh, Rad, I am so sorry to hear that you are not well. But, you will be, with doctor's attention and the prescribed medicines and procedures plus the supplements (doctor's recommendation?) that you are taking. Proper rest and good natural nutrition are also key to improvement. Your positive outlook on all this plus everything else will see you pulling through, I am positive.

Take care. We are all sending good vibes your way.

The picture of you with your two nieces - love it!
