Sweaters and room related stuff

The past week has kept me a little bit busier with my brother in town over the weekend, me finding out that I got accepted to the university for my Masters hence re-registration and everything necessary to do to become a legit student, work as always, and ummm that's all it, really. Yikes, that doesn't sound like a busy week at all, ya?

Well, well, I've also been a little bit mood-less to write a blog post. If you want the truth, it is really because my job is all about writing. I write about 10-15 articles per day. So, I can get bored of writing sometimes. Although it doesn't always take me a whole day to finish my work. I use the time post-work to hang with my family and do other things, like, shopping, hanging out with friends, taking fun classes. So, normally I update my blog in the evening or even at midnight time when I'm all relaxed and have nothing else to do.

So, I'm just going to share with you what I got in the past week.

The other day all of us went to Ambarukmo Plaza to shop clothes. My mum got hers. My brother got his. Everyone else got theirs. And, I got these cool sweaters.

So, recently (like, the past month), I've been in the mood to wear warm clothing. Remember when I wrote about me showing you how I wore my scarf? That's part of the mood -which is very obvious. So, I got three sweaters of the same brand, Ambrogio -which is not an expensive brand. But, they tend have cool items that attract me a lot. Like, my dad got me a blazer and a black formal shirt from the brand, that, when worn, makes me look like a pastor -which is pretty cool 'cause I'm a Moslem. And, I also got a shirt from Giorgio Armani which I like so much.

Here I'm gonna show you a photo of me wearing each of the three items (two sweaters and a shirt).

This was taken at SuperIndo when we went grocery shopping last Saturday. That's the Giorgio Armani shirt.

This was taken in the Ambarukmo Plaza mall, Sunday. It was actually pretty funny. So, my brother asked me to walk as if I didn't know I was having my photos taken but I couldn't help laughing because there were people around me, and I was, like, walking alone while, in front of me, my brother was busy taking several shots of me. And, in the photo, I'm wearing one of the sweaters. I'm in love with the red color and the classical look of the sweater with the big buttons.

And, this was taken on Monday when we were looking for a hotel for our visiting relatives and I was wearing one of my other sweaters. I was sitting on the couch with mom while dad and my brother were asking about the rooms.

Speaking of clothing, my all time favorite brand when it comes to casual clothing is Topman. They're very affordable. I have quite a lot of Topman stuff including underwear(!)

So, that's all about clothing. And, now, I'm going to show one more photo of these little boxes that I got just today at Progo.

I actually got these for helping me organize my stuff. These little gift boxes are very useful to categorize and keep stuff that are mostly on my desk well organized. Of course, after I tidy up my desk, it gets messy so fast. I hate that. So, I decided to get these boxes.

There is actually one particular box, which is the biggest one on the bottom of the stack that comes with a cartoon-y patterned lid, that I, honestly, don't like at all. It's too kid-ish. The store didn't have any other boxes of that size with a lid that has the same color/pattern as the box. But, I need a box of that size.

I like the other smaller boxes. They are simple and lovely.

I'm gonna use these five boxes to keep my banking related items (billing reports, important receipts, installment reports I've paid), important certificates, etc. And, the smallest box actually keeps most used items that are on my desk. So, instead of spreading them all on my desk, I'm going to keep them in that box and place the box somewhere on the desk.

Those boxes weren't expensive. Around USD11 for five of them.

I still have to get two or three more bigger and deeper boxes for other stuff, like, my old book collection, cables, chargers, etc.

I'm actually planning on blogging about my new room which will include a little room tour and organizations. I'm moving to the new room tomorrow. It's my old room which is smaller and has a single sized bed. The room I've been sleeping in every night since the past over a year since I got back from Singapore has a double sized bed.

I hope you, I-don't-know-if-it's-even-possible, learned something from this post. Hahaha. Oh, well, I actually wrote this blog post so, in the future, I will know what was going on a day before I moved back to my old room :)

It's 8PM now. Had my dinner. Done with work this afternoon. Hung with family. Now, I'm going to do my Japanese homework!

Night night!

Post Scriptum
OMG. I went to LotteMart to look for boxes and brought home one of the papers where they advertise items that are on sale. I saw this chicken on the cover page. I mean, look at the position of the legs and head! Poor little chicken.

11:49PM: Two things I've been obsessed with recently: Carex hand sanitizer (not other brands because I've tried different ones) -I bought this one like a few days ago and I've already used more than a half of it, and Gery crackers (oh, I'm more of a salty freak when it comes to snacks. And, dad bought like hundreds of this little package for the kids because they were on a promo price).

  8. Great you can named all the brands of your sweaters. Bananaz hardly buy branded goods and not remembering what brands all the time or maybe there is no brand at all haha.

  10. LOL Bananaz! Every clothing item has a brand. I mean I remember my favorite brand for v-neck T-shirts. It's Lyrics. They only cost, like, USD4 each! I just remember brands that I like wearing regardless of the price :) And, again, none of the items mentioned in this post was expensive. :D

  15. I've an idea - why not make it a mini project to wrap the cartoonish lid of your biggest box with something more monochromatic and to your taste? Then it'll all have the same theme/palette! :D

  16. Last night I thought about that too. Now I'm more motivated to wanna do it! :)

I'm just getting ready to get some more boxes now :D

I have definitely tried that snack you mentioned. I liked it for a while but as it comes in such a big package it doesn't feel as snack-y to me. ;)
