Lately I've been much busier (which was good) with work. I had a lot more to write than usual. I was at a point where I had to write 40 articles within 24 hours -which wasn't as hard as it might sound. Mainly because I really liked writing about the topic so it really felt like rambling while making money. Hehe. Kidding there a bit. Seriously, it was actually tiring and challenging. I survived!
Anyway, we have this visitor who has been staying in our garage since three weeks ago or maybe a bit longer than that. It's a cute cat. When it first time came in to our garage it was so scared and would run away as fast as it could as soon as it saw or heard anyone walking near by. We learned it was looking for shelter. Dad wasn't happy, neither was mom. I was fine with it. The reason why everyone else was not accepting its visit was because there had been this different cat that kept trying to look for food in our back-kitchen (we have clean kitchen inside the house and back kitchen where cooking is happening).
Two weeks after its visit and approved stay, I decided to feed it for the first time. I fed it some crashed crackers. I could tell it was hungry.
Long story short, now it lets me feed and pet. It's female, by the way. She has started showing comfort around me. She would not run away -although she still doesn't have full confidence yet. She would look for my foot to snuggle around and would lay on her back when my fingers try to tickle her and chew my fingers.
Here are some photos.

If I can't come up with a good name for her, I might as well just call her Garage Cat. Not that I would ever really call her that name, anyway. Hahaha.
So, yea, that's it about the cat. And, now I just wanna share a tiny bit about a for-fun project that I'm gonna try (very hard) to do. You can watch this 55 second long video.
Assuming you have just finished watching the video and understood what I said, if I happen to not have an internet connection for a whole day, I will still make a video on that day but post it when I can even if it's on a different day. I hope this is going to be fun. And, no, I will not post every video that I post on YouTube every day on to my blog.
This is the YouTube channel where you can follow/see the uploaded videos: YouTube.com/RadVlogsEveryday
More brief info of the vlogging project: I will use my iPhone to make a video, edit the video right on the phone using the iMovie app, and finally upload it to YouTube from the app. Therefore the quality won't be any much different from the video you've just seen above.
BTW, I hope you had a great day or night and will have a better one!
Night night!
Hi there! I just commented on your last post :D and there's another one, about a cat too! I like cats, even though I don't fancy one as a pet. She's quite cute, though ... hehehe, if you can't come up with a good name, perhaps you can call her 'Cat' like Holly Golightly on 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'
ReplyDeleteI like your video :D it's great that you want to post writings and videos regularly :D I might not be able to do that (especially the video, I don't have enough confident to do so, hehehe ...)I'm looking forward to see another video :)
ah! too bad it's a female, either way we can be in-laws hahaha... my cat is female too, and she's already engaged xD btw, she looks already comfy, with her poses and all, so yeah, it's save to pet her, I think she's still a bit young? which makes her easier to be comfortable around people, I hate scaredy cats who runs when they see people --"
ReplyDeleteSteph, I actually call using weird sounds I make with my mouth ahahaha
ReplyDeleteI will try hard not to miss a day during the project. I know it won't be easy! :D
LOLOL. Tiara, you were thinking of mating the cats if mine was male? ;))
ReplyDeleteBTW, yes she's a little young. There's been this male cat following her around. She doesn't seem to be ready to be mated
wow, you've gained the trust of the cat really quickly. gosh, wonder if it'll end up being a permanent pet! :D
ReplyDeletevery ambitious video project, btw. but very interesting too. by the time you finish it, you'll have 365 minutes worth of footage. or six hours! that would be enough to make three full-length movies :D
Oh ahahha Sean! I didn't think it that way! That would be so cool to play all the 365 minutes in one long video... and unbelievably boring too(!!!)
ReplyDeleteUmmm... I actually feel that she's my pet already ahahaha or it's too early? :p
Looks like the cat just found a new home.
ReplyDeleteShe actually caught a mice last week ;))
ReplyDeleteAw...I like the cat. She looks very sweet. I think you've made a good friend in her. Maybe you could call her GC (short for Garage cat). :-)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your video project! That sounds like it will be a very interesting challenge.
hahaha, 5 days and you feel like 2 months, that means you miss you blog so much.. oh, cute little kitty in your garage huh.. oh, Garage Cat?? haha, what a lame name~~ :D
ReplyDeleteYes, Daisy, it felt weird at first when she trusted me enough to play with. Because not long ago she was really scared. Hehehe... Thanks for the wish! It will be super challenging. I'm actually just uploading my second video right now hehe
ReplyDeleteAhaha, yes, I agree, SK! What a lame name! I hope she doesn't understand what Garage Cat means! :p
ReplyDeleteOoh, yes, Daisy, GC (gee-see) sounds like a cool name actually! ;)
Awwwww at the cat.
ReplyDeleteMy son has been asking me for a pet cat but absolute no for that.
But I did mentioned to him that maybe, we just feed the strays we see around our apartment.
Oh! That's good! But, they might follow you home if they recognize you as their regular feeder hehe
ReplyDeleteshe's adorable/ her markings and colours are quite similar to our late cat missy.
ReplyDeleteshe might be your cat! ;p ;p
ReplyDeleteThe cat is very cute! so nice of you to start feeding her. Looking forward to your nex vblog..
ReplyDeleteHehe. She is a nice cat, yes! :D
ReplyDeletehmmm...i certainly think she could well be missy reincarnated.
ReplyDeleteher trait is that she is super fussy. will only drink water from a bowl that she sees us change the water. she would only eat fish that we buy from the fishing village. no market fish for the picky missy.
ahaha I will ask her tomorrow about you! ;))
ReplyDeleteLooks like this cat just found a new home!
