My cat 猫

猫, or Neko in Romanji, means cat in Japanese. That is the name that I gave to my white cat. I bought the cat at the local animal market three days ago. I'd been looking for an all-white short-haired cat, but didn't want a domesticated or feral cat. It was a little bit difficult to find the cat that I had wanted. Fortunately, when I paid a visit to the market last Sunday I found what I'd been looking for. She was there caged with other two cats of different hair patterns. I asked the seller about the white cat, and she told me that it was half Persian, half feral. Perfect!

Neko

I've wanted to keep an all-white short-haired cat because the local or feral cats here in my country do not come with all-white hair. Normally, they come with patterns on the hair.

Neko is only 3 months old. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing her grow older and bigger. And, I have a thought that I will try to mate her with an all-white Maine Coon when she is old enough for delivering kittens, so that hopefully one of the kittens will come with all-white short hair and can grow as big as a mature Maine Coon. I picked a photo from this site to give you an idea how big a Maine Coon cat can be.
