2011th First Holiday in Singapore

Last week I had a thought that I needed to get away from home for a while and the first place I thought of was Singapore. So, I went online to book the air tickets. I flew on AirAsia (because AirAsia is the only airline company that serves direct flights from Yogyakarta to Singapore, vice versa).

I arrived here in Singapore two days ago and have been quite busy catching up on work and meeting a couple of friends. The picture above was taken last night when I was having a visit to a friend's condo in Mountbatten area (well, the closest MRT (train) station was called Mountbatten).

That is actually a view of CBD of Singapore -mainly in Marina Bay area. You can (try really, really, really, really, really hard) see the Marina Sands towers where the Marina Sands Casino is, Singapore flyer and some landmarks over there.

By the way, I just thought I should make a post about me being in Singapore. I really hope everything goes very well for me here.
